PROCESS FLOW OF INOUI:-
We’re gonna develop the project using agile methodology and the first and foremost step for developing an app is Strategy.

STRATEGY

First,we should be aware of the app goal and Need to focus on the requirements for developing the app in each phase. Here, we need to explain the objectives of the app which we are going to develop.

Moving on the next step ANALYSIS AND PLANNING :

ANALYSIS AND PLANNING
Create a name for the application we’re gonna create and the requirements needed.

PROTOTYPING
Next step is prototyping that is focusing on wireframes and iterating on users feedback. Offering a sense of the app functionality and flow without getting into the smaller details of color or style. Your wireframes do not need to be fully featured – just focus on representing core functionalities (essentially, the minimal viable product, or MVP) of your app and receiving feedback on that.

(Moving forward with the Design phase)
DESIGN
We need to design the app ie defining user flow, understanding the importance of the element hierarchy,

DEVELOPMENT
Next proceeding with the development phase .
We need to begin writing the code for the final version of an app and this is the step where the agile methodology role comes into play where an agile approach is more desirable for developing a mobile application.

TESTING
This phase we need to test the functionality of the code and this phase should be done parallelly with the development phase.

RELEASE
This is where you will submit your app to the App Store of Play Store for approval
MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance is where you monitor the status of your app, fix any bugs that may be present, and make sure the app continues to work as expected. Updating your app for new versions of the OS, or to support new devices, is also a part of maintenance.

The user interface (UI) encompasses the app’s look and feel. It includes color, font, app style, and similar design choices. The user experience (UX) design prioritizes the app’s functions and use.
